Process for Applying to Christ the King
We are thrilled you and your family are considering Christ the King. Our school accepts students entering any grade where space in the class is available. Current students must be in good standing to have a seat the following year (families re-register during the Tuition Commitment time-period).
The process for new families entering Christ the King formally begins the fall prior to a student's academic year of enrollment. However, it is never too early (or too late) to email our Admissions Director, Mrs. Dignan, to begin the application process.
Schedule a tour with our Admissions Director (we are child-friendly, so students are welcome and encouraged to participate but not required at this time). Tours typically take place Tuesday – Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
1.
Pre-school & PreK – We will set up a time for you to come visit the class with your little one. You will have a chance to speak with the Preschool Director and see class time in action.
K - 1st grades – Schedule a time with the office to bring in your child for a short skills assessment and visit in the classroom.
2nd - 8th grades – Let's get to know each other! Please schedule a shadow date for your student. On this day, a short skills assessment will be given.
2.
Schedule an interview with our Principal, Mrs. Kili Hady. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and ask any additional questions. You will need to bring your child’s most recent report card, the completed application, as well as registration fees (these fees are not deposited until a seat has been offered and accepted). Registration fees are non-refundable once your child’s seat is confirmed.
3.
Complete the Tuition Commitment Form provided by the office.
4.
Preschool - 1st grade new families, join us in May for a Meet and Greet Ice Cream Social with your new CK Buddy Family! Buddy Families will help you get acquainted, answer any questions you have about day-to-day student life and introduce you to other families in the CK community.
New families with incoming 2nd - 8th graders, we will connect you with a buddy family from your child's class, so you can connect over the summer.

"We are very impressed with how well-organized the school was and how kind and dedicated your team is. We love that you and your team are investing not just in the children but have created ways to ensure the community contributes as a collective, and each family is responsible to help maintain a healthy and positive environment."
